Phillippeans 4:8-9
(8)  Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
(9)  Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

Numbers 11:23
(23)  And the LORD said to Moses, “Is the LORD’s hand shortened? Now you shall see whether my word will come true for you or not.”

Matthew 19:26
(26)  But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Mark 9:23
(23)  And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”

Your mind/thought system is shaped by your belief system. If you do not believe in God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit, you short-change yourself by taking on the Lord’s wrath, which leads to damnation and eternal death. By believing (and knowing) that Jehovah is God, you take on all his power and authority as your own.

Believe in the truth. The truth sets you free. Everything God has is true, including His:

1. Way
This God—his way is perfect; the word of the LORD proves true; he is a shield for all those who take refuge in him.  (Psalm 18:30)

  1. Rules
The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; the rules of the LORD are true, and righteous altogether.  (Psalm 19:9)
  2. Righteousness
Your righteousness is righteous forever, and your law is true. (Psa 119:142)
  3. Commandments
But you are near, O LORD, and all your commandments are true.  (Psalm 119:151)
  4. Every Word
Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar. (Proverbs 30:5-6)
  5. Instruction
“And now, O priests, this command is for you. If you will not listen, if you will not take it to heart to give honor to my name, says the LORD of hosts, then I will send the curse upon you and I will curse your blessings. Indeed, I have already cursed them, because you do not lay it to heart. Behold, I will rebuke your offspring, and spread dung on your faces, the dung of your offerings, and you shall be taken away with it. So shall you know that I have sent this command to you, that my covenant with Levi may stand, says the LORD of hosts. My covenant with him was one of life and peace, and I gave them to him. It was a covenant of fear, and he feared me. He stood in awe of my name. True instruction was in his mouth, and no wrong was found on his lips. He walked with me in peace and uprightness, and he turned many from iniquity. For the lips of a priest should guard knowledge, and people should seek instruction from his mouth, for he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts. But you have turned aside from the way. You have caused many to stumble by your instruction. You have corrupted the covenant of Levi, says the LORD of hosts, and so I make you despised and abased before all the people, inasmuch as you do not keep my ways but show partiality in your instruction.” (Malachi 2:1-9)
  6. Light
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.” (Johm 3:16-21)
